History

We love learning about the past!

This year we will be expanding on our knowledge of key historical events.

We start the year learning about World War 2; understanding how Britain played a key role, the wars impact here at home and looking at key events during the Battle of Britain.

In Spring term, we learn about the Saxon and the Vikings; when and why they came to Britain and what they left behind.

In Summer, we end the year by learning all about the Ancient civilisation of Greece. We learn about Greek Gods and gaining an understanding of the impact of the ancient empire upon the modern world.
